Production Studio

A generic Apple Silicon video workflow built to test controlled automation and human review.

In short: Brief + evidence → Production plan → Review gates → Authorized export

Why I built it

Automated media pipelines can obscure provenance, quality gates, and who authorized the final artifact.

What exists

A neutral release candidate passed synthetic and clean-install acceptance. It has not been configured or adopted for Christian's own production work.

How it works

One production authority coordinates brief, evidence, narration, visual planning, rendering, quality review, and final authorization.

  • Apple Silicon local runtime
  • Human approval gates
  • Measured narration and caption contracts
  • Two bounded rendering paths

My role

Designed the Apple Silicon architecture, production authority model, bounded proposal interface, and deterministic media contracts; defined the acceptance suite and reviewed the implementation against it.

What I checked

  • clean-installClean Apple Silicon installation accepted
  • fixtureSynthetic workflow and rendering acceptance
  • qualityDecoded-media quality and parity checks

What stays bounded

  • Not configured for Christian's own operations
  • Publishing is unavailable
  • No customers, outcomes, or public source release are claimed

What is missing

  • Human pilot, final release decision, and personal operating setup remain open.

Next

Complete a neutral human pilot before describing the candidate as released.

Later ideas, not current features

  • Run a neutral human pilot
  • Decide whether to publish a reusable package
